나이스~ I just wish they had a tracker to see when they pick up items and will arrive like 'Coupang Eats' and 'Shuttle'. It would make it so much better. Or if the 'On The Way' text were more consistent. I only get it for some restaurants and not all. It would be nice to know when they are leaving the restaurant with my order, so I can at least have an estimated time. The time on the app is not accurate enough. Sometimes 10 minutes late. Sometimes they deliver 20-30 minutes earlier (어제 했어요)

Why do you suddenly ask for verification (본인 인증) to order food?? This app used to have the option to just order without an account and pay at delivery. It was great. Suddenly now it's not possible anymore. Apparently having a Korean phone number is not enough..you also need that impossible verification that doesn't even work for everyone, even if all the info is correct. What is the reason for this?? So unnecessary. Won't be using anymore.

Definitely a korean app. I can't even order because I want to order two different sandwiches for my husband & I from a place. A sandwich is ₩5,800. Because the 1st sandwich isn't ₩9,800, I can't add it to my cart because the button is greyed out saying it doesn't meet the minimum. DUH! I need to order two sandwiches you fools! This is AFTER I had to toggle off all the extras that were on by default because this app SUCKS that brought the single sandwich cost up to ₩34,000 by default. IDIOTS.
